A free App for separated couples to legally split the house, by taking care of the legal process and connecting real estate agents & mortgage brokers. People who are separating or divorcing need to understand what the legal process is to legally divide their house, other assets and debts. To legally separate the house, people either need to see a lawyer or do it themselves which could take years. You need more than just a legal document and a lawyer to legally divide the house. People need to find out how much they can borrow to see if they can buy the other person's share in the house. They may also need to get a real estate agent involved to sell the house. It's a very disjointed process from separation to having everything legally finalised so you can move on with life. Resolvy makes it easier. I am a lawyer with over 12 years of experience. I co-founded a successful law firm in Australia with about 10 lawyers, including a family law & divorce law division. I have worked and helped divorced couples personally. I also know how to code, and am a self-taught programmer so I can build the app.
