Job Title - Assistant Customer Service Officer / Location - Remote (full time) Position Overview - You will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer service experience, be the key founding member to build the brand of ResidenceHK and work closely with another Customer Service Officer (but report directly to the founder) to assist in managing client inquiries and coordinating with serviced apartments promptly, to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Below is a summary of the role: - Assist the team to follow up with customer inquiries via email/ WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner to increase conversion rate and +ve google reviews. - To maintain customers & serviced apartments’ databases. - To issue invoices to serviced apartments. - To reconfirm pricing and availability from serviced apartments for tenants. - To arrange inspection for tenants. - Stay updated on serviced apartments’ offers to provide valuable insights to the team. - To handle other side projects as required such as building the residents' club to offer additional benefits to tenants.
