Culture and benefits at Requestly (YC W22)

- We call our users "Requestlians" and ourselves "Requestlers" made up of two words - Requestly and Hustlers. This attributes "Hustling" as one of the qualities of our team. - We are a "Remote first" company and operate mostly in an async manner. We do workation for a week every quarter, monthly town halls, daily sync-ups, and focussed sessions where no one interrupts anyone else. - We completely believe and follow Ben Horowitz's mantra - People > Product > Profits in that order. - Simplicity is one of our core values and strength. We try to understand developers' problems in depth so as to build a solution that looks very simple & intuitive but behind the scenes, it solves a core problem for our users. - We measure the impact of everything we do so we can learn, iterate and repeat.
