• Trial management and Solutions-based demos

Partner with Account Managers to execute demos/trials for designated cross-sell opportunities within the legal, buy side, and/or sell-side segments. This will include our newest and most strategic solutions.
Serve as the solutions specialist during the sales cycle, conducting persona-based solutions-focused demonstrations to ensure effective product adoption during the trial phase.
Develop customized trial plans, success criteria, and compelling use cases tailored to each client's specific workflow.
Document and standardize successful trial methodologies to create scalable "playbooks" and sales enablement materials for the wider sales organization.

• Designing, writing, testing, reviewing, maintaining, deploying and supporting well-engineered VueJS frontend and Django-Python backend software.
• Integrating with, and maintaining our existing applications in VueJS and Django-Python.

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
• Effectively prioritize workload with a constant focus on increasing developer efficiency.

• Support end-to-end trial processes for prospective SFI clients, including setup, outreach, and conversion follow-up
• Assist with onboarding new clients to ensure smooth platform adoption and rapid time-to-value

• Assist with client onboarding and support. Work with the analytics team, data team, and business analysts to understand client data, configure portfolio compliance and analytics, and debug calculation issues
• Implement, test, and maintain new functionality for portfolio compliance and onboarding

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.

• Design and implement multi-agent and agentic orchestration frameworks using agent SDKs such as the Claude Agent SDK, Google ADK, or AWS AgentCore, incorporating tools, external data sources, memory, and state management

• Coordinate internal Sky Road efforts across engineering, QA, support, and sales teams
