Jobs at Rent Sons

Rent Sons is a company dedicated to connecting Neighbors in our communities with young adults to help them complete their to-do lists. Our team is made up of a full-time of support members as well as part-time "Sons" and "Daughters" who work in the field and interface directly with our Neighbors. What makes us different? We care about our part-time workers and their community impact. Our full-time team carefully vets, trains, and mentors our part-time team members. Our work creates meaningful local jobs and countless community building moments between Neighbors. We are expanding rapidly into new markets and looking for ambitious, scrappy, mission-driven individuals to join our full-time team.
