At RelinkLabs we have defined a whole new point solution for the HR tech space. We use data science and machine learning to match candidates with jobs and companies with relevant talent. Our APIs are used by recruitment software vendors to offer candidate suggestions and recommendations using machine learning and matching algorithms, but also allow in-application candidate search, filtering and ranking using enriched data across private and public data sources. We are not the first to offer social/open web data for recruiting. However, we offer social/open web data and a kick ass recommendation engine as an API in order to augment all recruitment processes passing through their our partners systems - and we are successfully monetizing it.
