Consultants will have full control over their data, their availability, and get direct invitations from agencies / hiring companies on data driven matched roles, and most importantly our platform will help manage the full engagement process end to end.

Consultants have the ability to use our availability function to fully control when they recite each contact on roles. They can use our data tags to promote their skill sets, to ensure the matching of roles is absolutely optimum.

Agencies and hiring companies also leverage the platform to ensure they are spending time with the most suitable candidates. Rehire’s matching technology will identify the skills from the role posting, and immediately recommend consultants based on their skill sets, availability, and location and allows the agency and hiring company to immediately engage with suitable consultants, as a part of the role posting.
