Regtime is an NYC-based proptech company that helps real estate developers, owners, and management companies navigate the complex world of regulated and affordable housing. We work with mid-market NYC developers to qualify projects for zoning and tax incentives, and large world-renowned institutional developers and management companies to lease up affordable units, and manage ongoing compliance for regulated portfolios (think Silverstein Properties, RXR and Brookfield Properties).
