The Reggora Platform is the replacement for MLS for the sale of multifamily commercial properties. MLS creates a transactional and information bottleneck by being broker exclusive, trapping all of the data contained within and forcing buyers/sellers to go through brokers. This creates fragmentation in the market and uneducated decision making. Reggora aggregates and analyses all property level information (private and public), then provides machine learning valuations, rent trends, property info, etc. to real estate investors for free. Simultaneously, property owners and brokers can list on the Reggora marketplace and instead of splitting the commision 50/50 with a buy side agent, we are able to connect them directly to investors for a fraction of the cost.
