Regenerative Medical Solutions (RMS) was established to commercialize patented technology, exclusively licensed from the University of Wisconsin, to grow pancreatic β cells for use in treating and curing diabetes. RMS is utilizing and building upon patented technology developed at RMS and the University of Wisconsin under world renowned stem cell scientist and pancreatic transplant surgeon, Dr. Jon Odorico, and RMS’ dedicated team of scientists.

RMS produces induced pluripotent stem cell derived pancreatic cells that are used for dual research and therapeutic purposes. Pharmaceutical research including high throughput screening, drug discovery, on-target/off-target toxicity testing and efficacy testing in candidate drugs related to their effect on the pancreas and in progression toward a β cell replacement therapy for diabetes (RMS has had initial positive meetings with the FDA).
