We offer streaming live and on-demand rowing-based, cross-training classes through an interactive iPad app that connects wirelessly to the world’s leading rowing machine, Concept2®. Our team of world-class instructors guide and inspire members through on and off machine workouts that include HD video, heart-pumping music, real-time metrics and a competitive leaderboard. Members can take class at home or in the gym on existing equipment for a low monthly subscription.
