Reftab careers

Our product helps people track all kinds of equipment from computers to vehicles for schools, businesses, and other organizations. Our main user base is folks in the IT/AV departments and we're seeing fast growth in maintenance management.

Back in 2013, we realized how many people were using spreadsheets to manage company / school equipment or simply haven't been tracking their equipment at all. This was a huge, unmet need in the market. Big companies at the time and some MSPs may have had asset tags with barcodes, but rarely was anyone taking advantage of being able to scan barcodes and qr-codes with a mobile app, allowing them to see and update data from wherever they were. We started building a POC, because at this time, everyone was getting mobile phones with decent cameras and internet access. We put together a mobile app along with a desktop site and shared it with friends and colleagues who worked in IT and at university libraries.

Fast forward to today and all sorts of companies are using our platform from some of the largest, most well-known companies in the world, all the way down to some really great and interesting startups and local non-profits. (You'd seriously be amazed at some of the companies who need their equipment tracked: Healthcare VR equipment companies, animal tracking companies, woodland management, dog kennels ). Long story short, the idea took on. We obtained funding from TinySeed Accelerator back in 2020 and have seen non-stop, positive growth.

Ultimately Reftab is well-established platform, our team is small and we've produced some incredibly great work for our customers who depend on us. We're looking to expand our team to bring on smart and interesting people to continue this journey with us.
