• Team Leadership & Organizational Growth: Recruit, mentor, and scale a multi-tiered team of Service Engineers providing advanced technical support across deployed BESS assets.
• Escalation & Operational Governance: Define clear SLAs, handoff criteria, and escalation thresholds between Operations & Maintenance (O&M), Service Engineering, and core Product/R&D Engineering teams.

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.

• Technical OEM Partnerships: Be the lead engineering voice bridging the gap between legacy automotive hardware and modern software infrastructure. Dive into the technical weeds with tier-1 suppliers to decode firmware, negotiate engineering solutions, and build the software handshakes that make second-life integration a reality.

• Support the development and management of a pipeline of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) opportunities across hyper-scalers, independent power producers, developers, and industrial offtakers.
• Assist with customer engagements from initial outreach through commercial discussions and contract support, with guidance from senior BD team members

• Build, deploy, and maintain production-grade automated data pipelines using Python and SQL.
• Perform one-off and automated data-driven analyses using financial and supply chain models and calculations.

• Real-Time Control Firmware: Design and implement bare-metal software applications for power electronics, focusing on high-resolution PWM generation, ADC synchronization, and complex timing logic.
