What is RedReach?

RedReach is an online job-board (internet job posting and job application platform) specifically for youth employment (ages 14 – 19).

Detailed Description:
RedReach is available for use on mobile devices in the form of an application or “app”, and as a website. Employers who are looking to hire youth applicants can post their available positions on RedReach. Upon submission, these employers will receive a ranked list of youth applicants that best fit the postings’ requirements. In addition, employers can search through a resume database of youth applicants within their geographic location, and contact select applicants. Youth applicants can, in turn, browse through local job positions applicable to their personal skill set and age. When a youth applicant finds a job position best suited for their skill set, they can immediately apply for the position and communicate with the employer online, through RedReach’s platform.
