Recrumatic is a Video and Quiz interviewing platform that any organisation can use to shortlist applicants for their vacancies and connect with talent from across the globe.

This toolkit includes fully customisable Quizzes that can be used to evaluate quantifiable skills and knowledge alongside a pre recorded Video interview platform to evaluate the qualitative aspects of the applicant in order to assist HR departments and Recruitment Agencies to shortlist and identify the best matching applicants for each vacancy.

Our aim in the future is to replace the traditional written CV with a multimedia version that will allow candidates to present their skills in a more interactive and modern manner while assisting Hiring Managers with their decision making process resulting in better matching talent, shorter time to fill vacancies and less rotation of HR.
