Jobs at Recollective

Recollective has some very ambitious goals and we're not slowing down. From sales and services to engineering, management and administration, in each of our open opportunities, you'll be given all the support you need and expected to deliver rapidly. We perform far above our size and that's the culture we actively recruit to. It means everyone is encouraged to not only think about how we can improve but to take the initiative and do it. This isn't a regular place to work. We speak direct, provide regular feedback and expect everyone to act like an owner. We ask a lot, but in return, we give you the space and support you'll need to develop your ideas. We reward strong performance with great salaries and a generous company benefits scheme. You'll be trained where required, get tooled up with the latest tech and enjoy a fantastic team environment.
