Reasoning.Services is a bootstrapped, small-team SaaS company building infrastructure for better AI-powered decision making. We're currently a team of 3, operating lean, but we're always looking for exceptional people who share our mission of making AI work harder before it works faster. We're most interested in: - **Engineers who think critically about AI.** We need people who understand how LLMs and coding agents work under the hood, and who are frustrated by the same problems we're solving—sycophancy, error compounding, and shallow reasoning. If you've been building with Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot and hit those walls, we'd love to talk. - **Operator-minded generalists.** Early-stage startups don't need narrow specialists. We need people who can wear multiple hats—shipping code, writing docs, talking to users, and iterating fast. - **Remote-first collaborators.** We're based in Tacoma, WA but work with talent wherever they are. We value async communication, written thinking, and the ability to ship with autonomy.
