We are a vertically integrated, design-build and property management firm, headquartered in Columbia, MO. Privately owned and operated, REM's asset portfolio contains both commercial and residential real estate. Our primary focus, however, is market-rate and student, apartment communities.
Known for popular apartment brands such as Brookside, Orr Street Lofts and Aria Apartments, we have built and currently manage properties in Missouri, Kentucky and Oklahoma.
