ReactOS Foundation careers

ReactOS — an international project to create an open operating system, designed to be compatible with existing Microsoft Windows software and drivers. The ReactOS operating system is based on the modern operating systems architecture. Nearly the same architecture is used as in the Microsoft Windows 2003 family of operating systems.

Based on modern operating systems architecture (which is very similar to the one used in Windows NT family of operating systems by Microsoft);
Supports existing hardware. That means that drivers made by the hardware manufacturer (or any other third party) for Windows, are also usable by ReactOS without any modifications.
Compatibility with software developed for Windows operating system. ReactOS directly supports this type of software and standards which were used for its development. This way there is no need to migrate to different software when migrating to ReactOS operating system.
