About RateZit — The Smarter Way to Get More Google Reviews

At RateZit, we exist because one bad Google review can undo weeks of great work — and that's not fair to businesses that actually care. We are a customer feedback platform and online reputation management tool built for local businesses worldwide. Restaurants, cafes, salons, spas, barbershops, clinics, dental offices, gyms, retail stores, hotels, repair shops — if customers search for you on Google before walking in, RateZit was built for you.

The Problem We Solve

Happy customers leave and forget to write a review. Unhappy ones always find the time. RateZit fixes that imbalance by capturing feedback at the right moment so your Google Business Profile reflects your actual quality.

How It Works

Place your RateZit QR code on your counter, table, receipt, or packaging. Customers scan it with their phone — no app, no account, zero friction. Happy customers get prompted to leave a Google review instantly. Unhappy customers get a private feedback form to your inbox so you can resolve issues before they go public. We don't remove bad reviews — we help you prevent them.

Grow Your Google Rating. Protect Your Reputation.

Your Google Maps ranking, star rating, and online reputation aren't vanity metrics — they're your most valuable real estate on the internet. More positive Google reviews mean higher local search rankings, more clicks, and more revenue. RateZit helps businesses of every size collect genuine Google reviews, improve their Google Business Profile rating, and build an online reputation that drives real growth — without fake reviews, without black-hat tactics, without agency fees.
