RTM is a centralized, robust repository of job reviews across all military careers. Its primary purpose is to serve as a source of information for those considering enlisting in the military. The secondary purpose is to connect anyone transitioning into or out of the military with a military or veterans' recruiter at a cost per lead to the recruiter.

The military recruitment industry has remained stagnant over the past century. Recruiters still rely on cold-calling and tv commercials to generate interest/leads. That's why it costs over $10,000 to enlist a new recruit. We're changing the paradigm of this industry by capitalizing on web 2.0 to bridge the communication gap between military and civilian worlds.
