On our site, custom profiles give people in the entertainment industry a platform to get hired and further their career - and for employers to make good hiring decisions. We use a mix of credits, work samples, relevant information, and ratings to create a new-age resume for people in the entertainment industry.
Like the real world, not all recommendations are created equal. It all depends on who and where they come from. This is why we have created a weighted system to best express the overall quality of a person or company.
