I've built rarelm's brand, product, and early traction solo. Now I'm looking for the person who builds the hard part with me — a founding technical co-founder (CTO). Verify the human first — face-based auth as the entry layer — then build everything on top of Verified Human Accounts. That means the core engineering challenge is genuinely hard and genuinely worth it: identity and authentication, and adversarial ML that stays ahead of abuse instead of chasing it. I'm looking for someone strong in adversarial ML, fraud/abuse detection, identity/biometrics, or large-scale security engineering — who's shipped real systems and wants to own this from the ground up. This is a founding role: meaningful equity, four-year vest, one-year cliff. We'll start with a short paid trial so we both know it's a fit before committing.
