Rankmi is a web based app that allows companies to assess, analye and develop their employees skills. We want to transform HR by digitizing Talent Management practices, in an affordable and accessible solution to companies of all sizes.

Rankmi focuses on leadership, employee performance and engagement. Managers are evaluated by their team members and themselves regarding their abilities as leaders. Our software analyzes this information and provides companies with metrics on their collaborator’s skills and energy, through an easy-to-use dashboard with reports and charts designed specifically for HR purposes.

Leaders get customized dashboards on their skill level and performance; and a personalized development plan for moving forward. We provide them with a targeted feed and weekly activities to help improve the skills they are weak on.
