We have two main offerings:
Raccoon Platform: It leverages a Large Action Model system, RAM-1, an AI capable of understanding, seeing, & interacting with applications just like humans do. It can interpret user commands & automate actions across an app’s existing interface without requiring any changes or custom APIs.
There are two main integration options:
1. SDKs:
- We offer SDKs which can be used to enable a co-pilot chat window directly in your app, that can be customized in a completely no-code way through our dashboard, so users can type in commands and questions to get things done.
- This is an easy plug and play set up, making it quick to integrate.
2. APIs:
- We also provide APIs that allow companies to create a custom solution.
- With these APIs, you can pass a query to us, it can be about anything on the app, and we’ll send back structured relevant information.
- It is also possible to interact with other third party apps through our APIs and take actions for your users on those apps, however this is still experimental.
Raccoon Chat: This is our consumer app where users can chat their way through any app in one place. Basically, you can link different apps like Swiggy, Blink it, Myntra, Uber, Gmail, Ticketing and get everything done on these apps from finding good products, placing grocery orders, booking trains and cabs, checking prices, summarising emails and DMs all in one place, introducing users to a new unified chat based user experience free of clutter.
