Rabble is an hour long exercise class that's games from beginning to end. Our players get fit through Capture the Flag, British Bulldogs, Dodgeball, The Hunger Games and many more. Each of which has a fitness principle hidden behind it.

Rabble games are capable of catering to all, no matter what age, fitness level or ability. Having grown a following across several cities in the UK we are now beginning to scale the concept through licensing.
