The Reserved App offers a marketplace for those who have extra parking space and wish to rent out that space in an easy and stress-free manner. Individuals wishing to rent out their private spaces are referred to as "Hosts" and those wishing to park in those spaces are referred to as "Guests". Reserved acts as the middle-man in this equation to allow for a smooth process utilizing a simple App for users.

The idea came about while witnessing the chaos, clamor, and overall inefficiency of college football parking which pointed toward a clear need for a new system. This is not to say Reserved will be limited to solely college event parking, as we have every intention of reaching out to other markets of opportunity.
