With all of the media that exists in the world, it’s clear that everyone is a geek about something. To give you an idea of how many geek media fans like me exist, there are over 30 MM tickets sold to anime and comic conventions each year in North America alone.

Though, fandom conversation currently doesn’t have a home platform, so we are all forced to find the fragmented experiences on other platforms.

QuirkChat is a video social networking mobile app for fandom commentary. Our main feature on QuirkChat is called Quips, which are 15 second commentary videos that start threads. Other users can then add their quips to the thread, similar to video reposting.

We are proudly backed by Techstars (W21) and Snap Inc and have amazing investors and advisors from large social media companies. Our goal is to be the home of conversation for niche vertical communities and change the way this generation "talks geek".
