The use cases of the product on a broader level solves problems like Availability, Revenue, Customer Acquisitions, Customer retention, upsell, cross sell, Customer Experience by Faster RCA, Prediction. This is currently running in South East Asia & India region. We going to target markets like US, UK, ME. Goal is to get into Gartner cool vendors in this year & take this across places.
