QLEAR is a vendor-agnostic IoT platform that aggregates air, light, sound, and energy data from thousands of real-time sensors. The data is analyzed and communicated through targeted visualizations, reporting, real-time notification alerts and building automation events. This all helps our clients better understand how healthy their buildings are communicate that to their employees, building occupants, and customers.

Built primarily on Ruby and React, it is designed scale to many thousands more of sensors, as we continue to grow our userbase, expand the types of data we aggregate, and develop more sophisticated analysis, forecasting and building automation tools.
