Pyme is a hiring marketplace for web3 built on Polygon. It is free to post jobs, hire and for workers to apply. The hirer pays the gas. Workers get paid instantly and keep 100% of their earnings. The work agreement is secured by a smart contract with a built in escrow. Workers earn a unique NFT for each completed contract and build out a profile of work history backed by those NFTs. All transactions happen on the platform in crypto.
