We care less about titles and more about whether you can execute quickly, think clearly, and work like a startup: small scope, fast loops, always shipping. We don’t hire for “culture fit” in the warm-and-fuzzy sense — we hire for reliability, technical competence, and clean execution. We run tight standups, async communication, and 2-week shipping cycles. You’ll work directly with the founders and see your work hit production quickly.
