Pulsr is an Austin-based startup dedicated to creating products that help people engage with the vibrant, social world that surrounds them. While traditional social media draws people into their devices, our goal is encourage people to get out and enjoy the world.


Our mission to empower people starts with our data acquisition technology. We scour the internet for events, places to hang out, and local activities. We then surface that data to our users through a recommendation engine, which powers our Android and iOS applications, website, and chat-bot. Our continuous goal is to find new and impactful ways to allow users to experience more meaningful social interactions.
