Puentes careers

We stand with Latinx immigrants, refugees, monolingual Spanish speaking families, seasonal migrant workers and recent arrivals, as well as immigrants from other countries. Puentes builds trust by counseling in Spanish, from a posture of understanding and solidarity instead of a deficit mindset often found in traditional mental health.
Through a collective power model and partnership with other Latino led organizations, we reduce the stigma and barriers to mental health faced by many Latinos. Together, we address historical trauma and intergenerational resilience as avenues to overcoming oppression and strengthening family systems. Our work is community-driven, culturally aligned, and holistic in the integration of justice and healing.
