Yet, most government listings are 'hidden' or off-market. As a result, commercial real estate agents, developers, investors, and end-users miss out on 100,000 of leads and billions in opportunities and commissions. PublicAssets is addressing this opportunity by delivering data and services that deliver improved outcomes for governments and commercial parties in real estate markets.

We started marketing our initial set of data services to commercial brokerages in January of this year and this autumn are launching commercial and residential listings of government properties for sale, lease, and development. We may well launch as the largest listing site in the United States.

It's free for governments to list. We charge to distribute their listings to top commercial sites and offer additional services.
