Time-off policy
PTC provides a comprehensive Time-Off Policy. PTC offers 10 paid holidays per year and two personal days that can be used at the employee’s discretion. In addition, for the first 7 years of employment, PTC employees accrue 3 weeks of vacation a year.
Tuition reimbursement
PTC provides financial support for employees attending courses that support their work at PTC. All employees are immediately eligible.
