Psycholate is an online psychometrics solution provider; we conceptualize, design & develop fully customisable software platforms as professional, ready-to-market, assessment products.

We possess academic & professional knowledge on how psychometrics can serve the assessment procedure in the corporate environment, as well as and more than 10 years of working experience in the field; thus, we support our customers develop and structure robust and sound, in terms of psychometric properties, occupational assessment tools.

Our flagship product is MoralDNA, a world-wide research initiative on ethics and decision making, led by Professor Roger Steare, The Corporate Philosopher, in partnership with our own Pavlos Stampoulidis.

Since November 2016, Psycholate operates under ISO/IEC 27001, complying with the respective standard procedures with regards to information security management.
