The Laurel provides the infrastructure for any volunteering project that wants to reward its volunteers with global, immutable, provable proofs of merit.

We use blockchain technology and other web3 tools to ensure immutability and protocol decentralization. The Laurel protocol tackles continuous voting, proof creation, new mechanisms of game theory focused on incentivizing generosity, distributed computing issues.

Laurels are the main carriers of value and can only be earned from other volunteers, by completing a provable volunteering task, that can be awarded or challenged.
There are many types of laurels, for the many types of contributions that volunteers can perform - from coding to design, to marketing, and so on.

The Laurel is already deployed on an Ethereum network and used every day. The team is working towards the next version.
