We started Protea because we lived the problem. Between us we've led 650+ healthcare IT projects over 15+ years, and the story never changed: one of the most complex jobs in healthcare still runs on email, spreadsheets, and weekly status decks, problems surface weeks too late, and a rough rollout sours clinicians on technology that should have helped them. Healthcare IT is supposed to be invisible, and we're building the platform that finally makes it so, with a healthcare-specific data model and AI that turns messy project activity into clean status, early risk detection, and on-demand analytics.

What makes this rare is that we already have what most startups chase for years: deep domain expertise and real sales channels into the people we've spent our careers serving.
