ProSeeder develops, customizes and licenses our SaaS-based enterprise platform for the private securities marketplace. Specifically, our system enables financial organizations, individual investors and private companies to conduct and manage all aspects of investment (pre and post financing) as well as corporate operations on a single fully-integrated system. These aspects include collaborative deal rooms; document management; syndication capabilities; permission modules; investor, member and contact management; task and event management; and more.

ProSeeder’s technology is private labeled and configurable for each organization based on business workflows and other specifications. All activities conducted are recorded in a detailed audit trail for compliance and reporting.

ProSeeder counts many of the most active global angel networks as clients, as well as venture funds, broker dealers, family offices and other financial organizations conducting direct private investment activities.
