The Problem:
Real estate data is scattered, research is tedious, and agents are doing excess showings for each property. To conduct thorough research on a property as an agent or a prospective buyer requires countless hours and multiple sites. This, coupled with the lack of readily available software to nurture leads, results in an extremely inefficient process

The Vision:
Our goal at Proptio was to create a one stop shop for agents and home buyers to collaborate on their next deal as quickly and painlessly as possible, resulting in more transactions for agents and faster closing times for clients.

The Solution:
We've created a platform to offer true agent-client collaboration from research to closing. By integrating our proprietary search functionality and lead qualification process, as well as allowing agents to be in seamless contact with their clients, we are able to increase client retention rates, and decrease the time and frustration for agents involved in the transaction.
