We felt that the real estate industry in India can be professionalized using disruptive technologies, and we started PropGod with belief that properties come in form of blessings to individuals’ lives. Hence PropGod tries to bridge the gaps between individuals’ emotions and the blessings in form of providing right insights for a blessed shelter. At different points of our lifetime we all need services for our homes and work places. With high internet and mobile penetrations in India, internet is the first abode for help. Most of the time information is neither reliable nor correct on the internet. Currently, there is an abundance of property search platforms in India, but lack of platforms which serve the full property cycle. PropGod aims to bring it all together at one place so that people are able to find correct, validated information with regards to properties, but also get professional help for other property related services like interiors and management. At PropGod, we are developing disruptive technologies and business models that will bring a significant part of unprofessional, offline, interactions involved in the property services space, on to the internet. In parallel, we are also making predictive models that will help people make property investments diligently. Today, people in India buy goods worth $2000+ online, a plot of land in smaller cities also comes in the same price range - there is an opportunity to help people buy properties online as well, provided we give full services around properties. We are building path breaking technology coupled with professional services to lead real estate transactions of the future in India.
