Our products allow buy-side real estate firms to identify the best locations to invest in today and know when to buy and sell in each market. We help rapidly screen and prioritize deals. Investors in real estate funds can understand fund risk, returns, and manager skill. These products are fully customizable to user-specific criteria, and integrate user datasets. To demonstrate the power of our approach, we are producing historically back-tested REIT investment strategies.
