Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment.
You've been the whole product function for something real. Title doesn't matter; being the only one does. A startup where you were product hire one, a founder tour, or a thing you built and shipped yourself.
5–8 years of product design experience spanning both mobile and web, with a proven track record designing software interfaces — ideally for SaaS or B2B applications.
A strong portfolio demonstrating shipped, data-dense product work — dashboards, complex tables, financial or analytical tooling — that shows your process and a user-centered approach to solving complex problems with simple, intuitive designs. Not just marketing pages or simple consumer flows.
