Propared is a cloud-based project management platform for coordinating live event logistics.

Live events (e.g., concerts, festivals, trade-shows, experiential marketing, etc.) can be complex and dangerous, involving months of planning and the contributions of hundreds of people and companies. Event organizations struggle with the immense task of coordinating these logistics, resources, and people.

Propared provides event professionals with:
