With a combination of remote team members and an in-person team, we work hard to ensure that all our employees feel connected, regardless of location. Each team comes together in virtual meetings for weekly updates, but most will meet informally every day. Some of the best ideas, innovations, and developments our service has seen in the past have been direct results of these meetings and we welcome all our team's ideas and enthusiasm. Our two co-founders, Kiran and Adam, catch up with most of the team on a recurring basis to check in how things are going, talk about ideas, and plans for each individuals future development.
