• Contractor position to work ½ day or full day onsite delivering training/professional development in schools
• The contractor is paid based on hours they work per week, up to a maximum of 20 hours

• Provides Professional Development (PD) sessions for Washoe County School District on Promethean hardware and software (as well as other technologies within the district)
• Master all courses in the Promethean professional development catalog / provide feedback for development of future courses / assist with development of customized PD coursework with Washoe County School District

• Manage the life of a TCSR (including but not limited to):

Recruitment - Technical Customer Support Representative motivation (Reward Process, Feedback Process etc.) - KPI - Performance reviews - Quality Assurance - Coaching, Mentoring and Training - Workloads - Resource Scheduling - Performance related issues

• Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll-related transactions in compliance with company policy and all local and jurisdictional laws and regulations utilizing automated payroll processing systems, and assisting in quarter and year end payroll activities (currently using Celergo and ADP Workforce Now)

• Follows established strategies and guidance from senior managers and have a limited influence on decision-making. Job duties stated below are often accomplished with guidance and oversight by manager
• Focus on learning Promethean’s Sales process and building foundational sales skills
