Prokore is the Bloomberg of Commercial Real Estate. Prokore is a single platform to bring together the entire commercial real estate (CRE) industry through the one common thread every CRE professional shares, property level cash-flows. Prokore is an electronic platform to seamlessly transmit information between various parties in real time, allowing users to perform the necessary analysis to determine an investment’s worthiness. Prokore customers will receive historical financial details, pro-forma cash flow forecasts, property-level budgets, customizable reports, and capital structures on potential CRE acquisitions. There can be as many as 20 parties involved in a CRE transaction, and each of those parties has an interest in the cash-flows of the property. Prokore’s target customer base begins with the equity and will roll down the CRE ecosystem as we grow.
