We offer gamified cognitive monitoring application based on piano playing as cognitive assessment data generator. Our test is based on response time-accuracy cognitive battery and feature visuo-motor encoding (how you process visual information to motor response). Our usability study outcome proves our cognitive monitoring capability with decision-making thresholds to alert primary care physicians. Our application is intended to be used by non-specialist, at comfort of home to bridge home care and hospital appointments. Users will take our gamified tests at routine intervals and the analyzed response data is forwarded to the primary care physicians. Our aim is to detect early dementia among risk groups with chronic illnesses to enable early intervention to help reduce the cost of care. Our solution can also increase patient compliance and improve clinical workflow.
