We are a Cricket Wireless dealer seeking capital for a 100 store expansion. When AT&T purchased Cricket in 2014 it doubled Cricket's network coverage and created new Virgin Territories for Prepaid Wireless Services. Our President was recruited by Cricket after selling his exceptional 34-store Sprint Dealership. Our management team has owned wireless stores for a combined 40 plus years. Revenues are earned from activation commissions, accessory sales and a lifetime residual from each customer that remains active.

Our first store opened in August 2015 with 7 leases signed and another 6 under review. Projections show a 47% average cash return with future Pre-IPO upside of 500% total ROI based on fifth year revenues.

The partners are funding up to the first 10 stores while capitalization ramps up. It's been a decade since there were virgin territories for wireless stores so we are seeking capital to open 100 stores as quickly as possible before this opportunity is gone.
